教育家精神是在新时代对教师素养提出的新的更高的要求,是培养"国之大者"践行教育强国战略的重要方面。新的历史条件赋予教育者新的历史使命和责任,从教育家精神的本质内涵和根源出发,阐明教育家精神在职业教育中的显著特征。并在此基础上,明确教育家精神在职业教育应当发挥出提升教育者理论素养、实践探索和情感认同的重要作用,具有强化教师育人能力、大视野、大格局的重要功能。从而鼓励广大教师沉入劳动实践在丰富的社会实践中积累丰富经验;在实现全面发展中培养教师的创新创造能力;在塑造主体人格的基础上,培育教师的向上发展能力,从而为社会主义现代化建设输送源源不断的人才队伍。

Educator's spirit is a new and higher requirement for teachers'quality in the new era,and it is an impor-tant aspect of cultivating"the great man of the country"and practicing the strategy of strengthening the country through education.The new historical conditions have given educators a new historical mission and responsibility.Starting from the essential connotation and root of the educator's spirit,it clarifies the significant features of the edu-cator's spirit in vocational education.And on this basis,it clarifies that educator spirit in vocational education should play an important role in enhancing educators'theoretical literacy,practical exploration and emotional identi-ty,and has the important function of strengthening teachers'ability to educate people,big vision and big pattern.Thus,it encourages the majority of teachers to sink into labor practice to accumulate rich experience in rich social practice;cultivate teachers innovative and creative ability in realizing comprehensive development;and cultivate teachers'upward development ability on the basis of shaping the subject's personality,so as to deliver a constant stream of talents for the construction of socialist modernization.
