摘要
我国始终高度重视职业教育,尤其是在十八大以来,国家先后出台了一系列政策、文件,系统化推动职业教育高质量发展。在推动职业教育高质量发展,实现职业教育从规模扩张发展到高质量内涵发展的历史性机遇的背景下,师资队伍建设对保障人才培养质量起着至关重要的作用,加强教师队伍建设是提高职业教育教育质量的前提条件和决定性因素。本文以陕西省4所高职院校师资队伍为样本,从师资队伍的生师比、年龄结构、职称结构、学缘结构、性别结构、教学任务等6个基本方面,分析高职师资队伍结构、"双师型"教师的现状及存在的问题,通过师资队伍问题分析、政策分析研究,提出高职院校师资队伍建设发展建议,同时希望对高职院校教师队伍长远规划发展提供参考。
China has always attached great importance to vocational education,especially since the 18th National Congress,the country has successively introduced a series of policies and documents to systematically promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Against the backdrop of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and realizing the historic opportunity of vocational education from scale expansion to high-quality connotation development,the construction of the teaching staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff is a prerequisite and decisive factor in improving the quality of vocational education.This article takes the teaching staff of four vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province as samples and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the teaching staff structure from six basic aspects:student teacher ratio,age structure,professional title structure,academic background structure,gender structure,and teaching tasks;Analyze the current situation of"double qualified"teachers in four colleges and analyze the problems in the cultivation of"double qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.Through the analysis of issues with the teaching staff and policy analysis,suggestions for the construction and development of the teaching staff in vocational colleges are proposed.At the same time,it is hoped to provide reference for the longterm planning and development of the teaching staff in vocational colleges.
