苏四期底泥疏浚与处置专题研究

摘要 上海市在底泥处置中首次采用生态土管袋工艺,在新工艺于工程中实际运用之前,通过专题研究并在中试工作中进行先期实验,验证其可靠性、有效性和经济性,来降低决策风险。结合苏州河底泥特性,对脱水助剂各化学成分配比进行试验后改进。生态土管袋工艺处置苏州河底泥后降低重金属的活性,达成底泥中重金属的固定和稳定,减轻土壤浸出毒性。 The ecological soil pipe bag process is firstly used in the sediment disposal in Shanghai.Before the new process actually applied in engineering,the special research and preliminary experiments are conducted in pilot work to verify its reliability,effectiveness and economy in order to reduce the decision-making risks.Combined with the sediment characters of Suzhou River,the chemical composition ratio of dehydration additives is tested and then improved.The ecological soil pipe bag process reduces the activity of heavy metals in the sediment of Suzhou River after disposed in order to achieve the fixation and stability of heavy metals in sediment and reduce the soil leaching toxicity.
