摘要
大中小学思政教育一体化建设对于提高思政教育质量、促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。基于理论视角、科学梳理,总结出集团化办学对思政教育一体化具有组织保障、优质资源供给、战略整合等多项功能。以上海市向明教育集团为例,思政教育一体化在实施过程中面临着思政教育一体化意识欠缺、互动共享平台不完善、专业师资队伍不健全等困境。综合理论与实践的分析视角,从育人意识、环境优化与教师素养三个维度总结出有效的突破路径:加强党团队接续培养,增强思政一体化育人意识;优化思政育人环境,促进思政学习的互动共享;培育教师专业素养,打造高质量思政育人队伍。
The integrated construction of ideological and political education in universities,middle schools and primary schools is of great significance to improve the quality of ideological and political education and promote the all-round development of students.Based on the theoretical perspective and scientific analysis,this paper has concluded that group-based school man‐agement has many functions such as organizational guarantee,high-quality resource supply,and strategic integration for the inte‐gration of ideological and political education.Taking Shanghai Xiangming Education Group as an example,in the construction process,the integration of ideological and political education faces such dilemmas as a lack of awareness of such integration,an imperfect platform for sharing interaction,and an inadequate team building of teaching staff.From the analytical perspective of comprehensive theory and practice,effective breakthrough paths can be summarized from the following three dimensions of educa‐tional awareness,environmental optimization and teacher quality,which include improving the continual team building of the par‐ty,and increasing the awareness of the integration of ideological and political education;optimizing the environment of the ideo‐logical and political education,and promoting the sharing and interaction of ideological and political learning;and cultivating teachers’professional qualities and building a team for the high-quality ideological and political education.
