摘要
精准教研是在“互联网+”时代,借助信息化平台和数据分析技术,依据证据改进教学的一种教研方式。上海市黄浦区卢湾二中心小学数学教研组依托“基于课程标准的小学数学学习过程诊断练习管理系统”,通过采集、分析年轻教师执教班学习的后测数据,聚焦学生的学习问题,用数据与经验相融合的方式开展教学研讨,提出教学改进方案精准解决教学中的实际问题,旨在提升教师教学能力与教学质量,探索数据支持下教师专业发展的校本化实践研究策略。
Precision teaching and research is a kind of teaching and research method to improve teaching based on evidence with the help of information platform and data analysis technology in the era of“Internet plus”.By means of the“diagnosis and practice management system for primary school mathematics learning process based on curriculum standards”,the mathematics teaching and research group of Luwan No.2 Center Primary School in Huangpu District has collected and analyzed the post-test data of the classes taught by younger teachers,focused on the students’learning problems,carried out teaching discussions through the integration of data and teaching experience,and proposed teaching improvement plans to solve the practical problems in teaching accurately.This paper aims at improving teachers’teaching skills and quality and exploring school-based practical research strategies for teacher professional development supported by data.
