青少年童年期创伤与抑郁的关系:不安全依恋的纵向中介作用

The Relationship between Adolescent Childhood Trauma and Depression:The Longitudinal Mediating Role of Insecure Attachment

目的:了解青少年抑郁现状,探究童年期创伤、不安全依恋对抑郁的影响机制。方法:采用童年期创伤问卷、青少年依恋问卷、儿童抑郁量表对1108名青少年进行三次追踪调查,每次随访的时间间隔为6个月。结果:(1)青少年群体童年期创伤、抑郁状况较为普遍,三次测量的童年期创伤检出率为29.87%、39.17%、38.36%,抑郁检出率分别为27.62%、35.83%、35.29%;(2)青少年童年期创伤、不安全依恋、抑郁的同时相关性与继时相关性均显著;(3)青少年不安全依恋在童年期创伤与抑郁之间起完全纵向中介作用。结论:不安全依恋是青少年童年期创伤影响抑郁的重要中介因素。

Objective:To investigate the status of depression in adolescents and explore the mechanisms of childhood trauma and insecure attachment on depression.Methods:The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Adolescent Attachment Questionnaire,and the Childhood Depression Scale were used to follow up 1108 adolescents three times,with a six-month interval between each follow-up visit.Results:(1)Childhood trauma and depression were more common in the adolescent group,and the detection rates of childhood trauma were 29.87%,39.17% and 38.36%,and the detection rates of depression were 27.62%,35.83% and 35.29% in the three measurements,respectively;(2)The simultaneous correlations and subsequent correlations of adolescent childhood trauma,insecure attachment and depression were significant;(3)Adolescents' insecure attachment played a completely longitudinal mediating role between childhood trauma and depression.Conclusion:Insecure attachment is a vital mediator of childhood trauma affecting depression in adolescents.
