同伴欺凌与青少年感知生理症状的关系:有调节的中介模型

Peer Victimization and Perceived Physical Symptoms among Adolescents:A Moderated Mediation Model

目的:考察同伴欺凌与青少年感知生理症状之间的关系,以及抑郁与焦虑的中介作用和心理弹性的调节作用。方法:采用特拉华欺凌受害量表、流调中心抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表、生理症状量表、青少年心理韧性量表,对737名初中生进行调查。结果:(1)同伴欺凌可以显著正向预测青少年感知生理症状;(2)抑郁和焦虑作为平行中介,在同伴欺凌和感知生理症状之间起显著的部分中介作用;(3)心理弹性调节了焦虑与感知生理症状之间的关系,在心理弹性较高的青少年中,焦虑对感知生理症状的影响较小。结论:抑郁和焦虑可能是同伴欺凌影响青少年感知生理症状的内在机制,而个体的心理弹性对焦虑与青少年感知生理症状的关系起缓冲作用。

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between peer victimization and adolescent perceived physical symptoms by examining the mediating effects of depression and anxiety and the moderating effect of psychological resilience.Methods:The Chinese version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-Student,The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Cohen-Hoberman Inventory of Physical Symptoms,and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents were administered to 737 junior high school students aged 12~14 years.Conditional process analysis was used to explore the association between variables.Results:(1)Peer victimization was positively associated with adolescent perceived physical symptoms.(2)Conditional process analysis indicated that depression and anxiety parallelly mediated the association between peer victimization and perceived physical symptoms.(3)Psychological resilience moderated the relationship between anxiety and perceived physical symptoms,such that the relation between anxiety on perceived physical symptoms was weaker for adolescents with high psychological resilience.Conclusion:These findings suggest that depression and anxiety might serve as the potential mechanism linking peer victimization with perceived physical symptoms among adolescents,and psychological resilience ameliorates the negative effect of anxiety on perceived physical symptoms.
