摘要
由于现代社会生活节奏快、压力大等等原因造成的亚健康疲劳已成为威胁人类健康的重要因素之一。亚健康疲劳不仅影响人们的日常生活,还严重危害人类的身体健康,因此引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,抗疲劳药物开发也成为研究的重点。中医药中关于“药食同源”的理论可以满足现代人对于增强体质、维持健康和提高防病抗病能力的需求,食药物质与西药相比,在更加安全、副作用小、依赖性低等方面具有突出的优势,可应用于具有抗疲劳药物及其制品的研究与开发。文章从具有抗疲劳作用的药食同源药材出发,并对其产品包括制剂及保健品与有效成分检验的研究状况进行综述,以期为抗疲劳食药物质的普通食品开发以及远期抗疲劳保健食品和药品的研发提供理论依据。
Fatigue,a status of sub-health caused by fast pace of life and high pressure in modern society,had become one of the important factors threatening human health in modern society.Fatigue not only affects people's daily lives but also poses a serious threat to people's health and has therefore attracted widespread attention from researchers at home and abroad.The theory of“homo-logy of medicine and food”in traditional Chinese medicine adapt to modern people's demand for enhancing physical fitness,maintaining health and improving disease prevention and disease resistance,while TCM has outstanding advantages in terms of being safer,having fewer side effects and lower dependence than chemical medicines,which can be applied to the research and development of anti-fatigue drugs and their products.The research status of food and drug substances with anti-fatigue effects,their products and tests were reviewed in this paper,which to develop general foods with anti-fatigue food substances and provide long-term resistance.It had been provided theoretical basis for the research and development of long-term anti-fatigue health food and drugs.
