间位芳纶偶合染色工艺及性能 被引量:1

Process and Performance of Meta-aramid Dyed by Coupling Reaction

摘要 以弱碱性芳胺为原料制备了三支固态重氮盐,对经过二甲基亚砜处理的间位芳纶进行染色,优化了染色工艺,并探讨了染色性能。结果表明,固态弱碱性芳胺重氮盐可使间位芳纶织物获得较深较匀且坚牢的棕褐色,染色织物具有良好的耐有机溶剂萃取性能,固色率达到81%以上,耐皂洗、耐摩擦和耐升华等色牢度达到4-5级及以上。固态重氮盐染色操作对间位芳纶织物的机械性能损伤较小。与原样相比,染色织物机械性能的降低主要来源于对织物的预处理操作。 Meta-aramid fabrics were pretreated with dimethyl sulfoxide,and dyed with three solid diazonium salts made from weakly basic aromatic amines.The dyeing process was optimized and the dyeing property was discussed.The results showed that meta-aramid fabrics could be dyed with deep,leveled and firm color of brown shade.The dyed fabrics exhibited good resistance to organic solvents with a fixation value of higher than 81%.The fastnesses to soaping,rubbing and sublimation could be reached to grade 4-5.The dyeing operation using solid diazonium salts had limited damage to the mechanical property of fabrics.Compared with a conventional metaaramid fabric,the decrease of the mechanical property for the dyed fabric was mainly caused by the pretreatment of organic solvent.
