摘要
本文采用一种改进型的三位控制算法设计了一种pH恒定控制加料装置,并将其应用于酰胺化反应。该装置可实现反应全程对反应体系pH的精密控制,具有±0.1pH(>95%时间范围)和最大超限0.04 pH的非线性控制能力,可有效提高合成操作的重现性和产品收率。
An improved three-position control algorithm was used to design a pH-constant control feeding device,and the device applied to amidation reaction.The pH of the reaction could be precisely controlled by the device among the whole process.The nonlinear pH control capability of±0.1(>95%,in time)and maximum overlimit 0.04 pH,which could effectively improve the reproducibility and the product yield of the synthesis.
