摘要
石油天然气管道铺设过程中常遇到悬崖峭壁、两端高差大特殊地形,采用水平定向钻和隧道穿越方式均不满足要求,反井钻工艺为实现管道穿越施工提供了便利,可有效节约投资成本和压缩施工工期。在采用反井钻工艺施工斜井时,导孔钻进尤其重要,导孔与下部隧道对接精准度必须在0.5%以下,因此导向孔轨迹控制是重中之重。文章以华荣村、渔溪坝反井钻穿越工程为例,主要介绍了小角度非开挖反井钻穿越施工中精确导向测量控制方面的工艺技术,其中现场采取的精确导向测量控制技术为国内其他地区实施反井钻工程提供了宝贵的经验。
In the process of oil and gas pipeline laying,cliffs and special terrain with large height difference at both ends are often encountered.The use of horizontal directional drilling and tunnel crossing methods does not meet the requirements.The reverse drilling process provides convenience for pipeline crossing construction,which can effectively save investment cost and shorten construction period.In the construction of inclined shaft by reverse drilling process,pilot hole drilling is particularly important.The accuracy of the docking between the pilot hole and the lower tunnel must be below 0.5%,so the trajectory control of the pilot hole is of utmost importance.Taking Huarong Village and Yuxiba reverse drilling crossing engineering as examples,this paper mainly introduces the technology of precise guidance measurement control in small angle trenchless reverse drilling crossing construction.The precise guidance measurement control technology adopted on site provides valuable experience for the implementation of reverse drilling engineering in other regions of China.
