盾构隧道穿越双曲拱桥施工技术研究

摘要 地铁可以有效解决城市交通拥堵问题。新建地铁可能遇到从既有桥梁桩基侧面穿过的情况,隧道开挖有地层损失,其周围岩土的结构会遭到破坏,进而影响桥梁桩基的结构性能。在隧道施工前,对隧道施工可能引起桥梁桩基的变化进行模拟预测尤为重要。文章对某地铁隧道穿越既有双曲拱桥梁桩基实际工程进行数值模拟,分析新建盾构隧道引起既有双曲拱桥梁桩基变形量,预测施工可能出现的不利状况,并建议采取相关措施,以供参考。 Subway can effectively solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.The newly-built subway may encounter the situation of passing through the side of the existing bridge pile foundation.The tunnel excavation may result in stratum loss and damage to the surrounding rock and soil structure,which will affect the structural performance of the bridge pile foundation.Before tunnel construction,it is particularly important to simulate and predict the changes of bridge pile foundation that may be caused by tunnel construction.In this paper,the actual engineering of a subway tunnel crossing the pile foundation of the existing two-way curved arch bridge is numerically simulated.The deformation of the pile foundation of the existing two-way curved arch bridge caused by the newly-built shield tunnel is analyzed,and the possible adverse conditions in the construction are predicted.Relevant measures are recommended for reference.
