建筑工程质量安全监督中存在的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in Quality and Safety Supervision of Building Engineering

为提升建筑工程建设水平,文章总结了建筑工程质量安全监督的重要性,以某住宅建筑为研究对象,总结了建筑工程施工的特点和质量安全监督的重要性,以及建筑工程质量安全监督中存在的问题。同时,从监督体系、监督模式、监督方法、监督队伍等方面提出了相应的解决对策,研究成果可为建筑工程质量安全监督提供理论指导。

In order to improve the level of building engineering construction,this paper summarizes the importance of quality and safety supervision of building engineering.Taking a residential building as the research object,it summarizes the characteristics of building engineering construction and the importance of quality and safety supervision,as well as the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of building engineering.At the same time,corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of supervision system,supervision mode,supervision method and supervision team.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the quality and safety supervision of building engineering.
