Analysis on Refined Management Strategies for Power Engineering Construction Project

电力工程建设项目是逐渐完善电网系统、提高电力企业服务能力和水平的重要项目,具有参建部门多、施工周期长、施工技术复杂、施工风险较高等特点。文章分析了电力工程建设项目精细化管理的意义,指出当前项目管理存在的问题,并从管理制度、勘察设计、施工环节、信息系统等环节入手,提出电力工程建设项目中精细化管理的有效运用策略。结果表明,落实精细化管理方式有利于提高电力工程建设项目施工效率和施工质量,控制施工风险,降低施工成本。

Power engineering construction project is an important project to gradually improve the power grid system and enhance the service ability and level of power enterprises.It has the characteristics of multiple participating departments,long construction period,complex construction technology and high construction risk.This paper analyzes the significance of refined management of power engineering construction projects,points out the problems existing in current project management,and puts forward effective application strategies of refined management in power engineering construction projects from the aspects of management system,survey and design,construction link and information system.The results show that the implementation of refined management is conducive to improving the construction efficiency and quality of power engineering construction projects,controlling construction risks and reducing construction costs.
