摘要
在管道铺设过程中,遇到陡峭高山地形时,采用水平定向钻工艺往往达不到回拖预制场地施工要求,从节约投资成本和缩短施工工期考虑,引入反井钻工艺可以快速实现管道穿越施工。文章以贵州省习水县温水至习水天然气输气管道建设项目华荣村、渔溪坝反井钻穿越工程为例,主要介绍了反井钻穿越施工中钻孔质量检测方面的工艺技术,其中现场采取的钻孔质量检测方法为国内其他地区实施反井钻钻孔质量检测提供了宝贵的理论和实践支持。
In the process of pipeline laying,when encountering steep and high mountain terrain,the horizontal directional drilling technology often fails to meet the requirements of the back-towing prefabrication site construction.Considering saving investment costs and shortening the construction period,the introduction of the reverse well drilling technology can quickly realize the pipeline crossing construction.Taking Huarong Village and Yuxiba reverse well drilling crossing engineering of natural gas transmission pipeline construction project from Wenshui to Xishui in Xishui County,Guizhou Province as an example,this paper mainly introduces the technology of drilling quality detection in the reverse well drilling crossing construction,in which the drilling quality detection method adopted on site provides valuable theoretical and practical support for the implementation of reverse well drilling quality detection in other regions of China.
