摘要
现代飞机的综合化程度越来越高,功能设计的复杂程度也随之增加,系统内部各信号之间的交联愈发复杂,导致飞机失效时的故障排查难度增大。基于此,以机载设备故障信息记录为出发点,介绍了一种基于失效场景的故障记录方法,通过将故障日志记录在非易失存储器中,复原失效场景下的各接口状态,快速建立起各个相关部件间的联系,从而为故障分析提供依据,方便现场维护人员快速定位,提高排查效率。
With the increasing integration of modern aircraft,the complexity of functional design has also increased,and the cross-linking between signals within the system also become increasingly complex that resulting in increased difficulty in troubleshooting aircraft failures.Starting from the recording of airborne equipment fault information,this article introduces a fault recording method based on failure scenarios.By recording the fault log in a nonvolatile memory,restoring the interface states under the failure scenario,and quickly establishing relationships between various relevant components,it provides a basis for fault analysis to facilitate rapid positioning by on-site maintenance personnel,and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
