摘要
提出了一种通过检测直流无刷电机反电动势判断电机转子位置实现直流无刷电机无传感器的驱动,分析了反电动势法的基本原理、过零信号的判断处理及实现无位置传感器直流无刷电机的软启动,根据试验搭载的硬件平台,在实验中调整延时换向处理程序,使得直流无刷电机启动平稳、高效。
This paper proposes a sensorless drive of BLDC motor by detecting the back electromotive force(EMF)to judge the rotor position of the motor.The basic principle of the back EMF method,the judgment and processing of zero-crossing signal and the soft start of the brushless DC motor without position sensor are analyzed.According to the hardware platform,the delay processing program is adjusted in the test to make the brushless DC motor start smoothly and efficiently.
