阀门电动执行器重复性精度实验研究

摘要 阀门控制的智能化与精度化已经成为该行业过程控制领域的热点研究方向。为了保证航天发动机试验系统中流体介质输送阀门的性能要求,对阀门电动执行器进行了重复性精度实验研究,实验结果表明,阀门电动执行器在低转速运动过程中偏差小,重复性最好,满足阀门重复性精度要求。 The intellectualization and precision of valve control has become a hot research direction in the field of process control.In order to ensure the performance requirements of fluid medium delivery valve in aerospace engine test systems,the repeatability accuracy of the valve electric actuator is experimentally studied.The experimental results showed that the valve electric actuator has a small standard deviation and the best repeatability during the low speed opening process.Electric actuator meets the valve repeatability accuracy requirements.
