承德市餐饮业食品安全问题与对策研究

摘要 餐饮业作为食品行业的重要组成部分,其食品安全关乎消费者的健康甚至生命安全。随着经济社会的不断发展,承德市餐饮业从业水平和经营管理能力得到很大提高,但餐饮食品安全问题仍然存在。本文通过研究分析承德市餐饮业食品安全存在的问题,为承德市餐饮业的发展提出有效意见和建议,为保障人们“舌尖上的安全”作出贡献。 Catering industry as an important part of the food industry,its food safety is related to consumer health and even life safety.With the continuous development of economy and society,the catering industry in Chengde city has greatly improved its level of practice and business management ability,but the problem of catering food safety still exists.This paper analyzes the problems of food safety in the catering industry in Chengde city through research,and puts forward effective opinions and suggestions for the development of the catering industry in Chengde city,so as to contribute to the protection of people’s“safety on the tip of the tongue”.
