摘要
目的:提高水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳检测结果的准确度和精密度,减轻工作人员的工作量,实现同时间大批量检测。方法:采用自动顶空进样毛细管柱气相色谱法检测水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳,分析其标准曲线线性关系、定性和定量重复性以及加标回收率。结果:采用自动顶空进样毛细管柱气相色谱法检测水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的标准曲线相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9991,定性相对标准偏差分别为0.054%和0.050%,定量相对标准偏差分别为1.8%和3.2%,加标回收率分别为97.6%~99.6%和98.8%~102.4%。结论:采用自动顶空进样器进样、气相色谱仪检测水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳方法简单,准确性高,重现性好,适合水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的大批量检测。
Objective:Improve the accuracy and precision of the detection results of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water,reduce the workload of staff,and achieve mass detection at the same time.Method:Trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water were detected by gas chromatography with automatic headspace injection capillary column.The linear relationship of standard curve,qualitative and quantitative repeatability and recovery rate were analyzed.Result:Automatic headspace sampling capillary column gas chromatography was used to detect trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water.The standard curve correlation coefficients of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride were 0.9992 and 0.9991 respectively,and the qualitative relative standard deviations were 0.054%and 0.050%respectively,and the relative standard deviation of quantification was 1.8%and 3.2%respectively,and the standard recovery rate was 97.6%~99.6%and 98.8%~102.4%respectively.Conclusion:The method of detecting trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water by automatic headspace sampler and gas chromatograph is simple,with high accuracy and good reproducibility.It is suitable for large-scale detection of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water.
