生活饮用水中菌落总数检测与能力验证分析

Detection and Ability Verification Analysis of Total Number of Colonies in Drinking Water

依据《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》(GB/T 5750.12—2006)对饮用水能力验证中盲样的菌落总数进行测定和计数,并进行实验室能力验证。结果表明,本次能力验证检测中,A和B样品生活饮用水的菌落总数分别为840 CFU·mL^(-1)和290 CFU·mL^(-1),其Z值分别为0.1和-0.3,评定结果为合格。该实验可为生活饮用水菌落总数结果测量及能力验证提供参考。

According to GB/T 5750.12—2006,the total bacterial count of blind samples in the validation of drinking water capacity was measured and counted,and laboratory capacity validation was conducted.The results showed that in this proficiency test,the total number of bacterial colonies in the drinking water of samples A and B were 840 CFU·mL^(-1)and 290 CFU·mL^(-1),respectively,with Z values of 0.1 and-0.3,indicating satisfactory results.This experiment can provide reference for measuring the total number of bacterial colonies in drinking water and verifying their ability.
