二维液相色谱法对特殊医学用途配方食品中维生素A、D、E含量的检测

摘要 特殊医学用途配方食品的基质较为复杂,且目标物含量较低,因此对其中维生素准确定量具有较大难度。本方法采用了一个同时测定维生素A、D、E的稳定高效的在线固相萃取-二维液相色谱方法。本方法利用SPE柱净化皂化液,通过六通阀的转化后注入一维色谱柱进行洗脱分离,利用阀切换模式进入二维系统再次分离。该方法的测定结果与国标方法基本一致,方法学满足国标要求。本方法采用三泵两个检测器,实现了皂化液定容后直接上样测定,简化了前处理步骤,提高了分析效率,对环境更友好。 The matrix of formula foods for special medical purposes is relatively complex and the target content is low,making it difficult to accurately quantify the vitamins in them.This method adopts a stable and efficient online solid-phase extraction two-dimensional liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of vitamins A,D,and E.This method uses an SPE column to purify the saponified solution,which is converted through a six way valve and injected into a one-dimensional chromatographic column for elution and separation.The valve switching mode is used to enter a two-dimensional system for further separation.The measurement results of this method are basically consistent with the national standard method,and the methodology meets the requirements of the national standard.This method uses three pumps and two detectors to directly sample and determine the saponification solution after constant volume,simplifying the pre-treatment steps,improving analytical efficiency,and being more environmentally friendly.
