摘要
红薯作为一种优质低价的农产品,具有较高的营养价值。本文分析了红薯的营养组成,系统阐述了红薯对人体健康的积极影响。为最大限度保留红薯中的各种营养成分,进一步发挥红薯的食疗保健功能,建议选择蒸煮、清炒、烘焙等温和的烹饪方法加工红薯。此外,可通过改进储藏技术、开发更多形式的深加工红薯产品来提高红薯的利用价值。
As a high-quality and low-cost agricultural product,sweet potato has high nutritional value.This paper analyzes the nutritional composition of sweet potato and systematically elaborates the positive effects of sweet potato on human health.In order to maximize the retention of various nutrients in sweetpotato and further develop the therapeutic and health functions of sweetpotato,it is recommended that sweetpotato be processed by choosing mild cooking methods such as steaming,stir-frying and baking.In addition,the utilization value of sweetpotato can be improved by improving storage technology and developing more forms of deep-processed sweetpotato products.
