摘要
快速检测技术具有操作简单、实验周期短、精确度高等优点,能够缩短检测周期,提高检测准确度和效率,保障食品安全及大众健康。本文探讨了分子生物学技术、免疫学技术、代谢学技术、生物传感器技术以及流式细胞术在食品检测中的应用,以满足人们对生活质量的追求。
Rapid detection technology has the advantages of simple operation,short experiment period and high accuracy,which can shorten the detection period,improve the detection accuracy and efficiency,and ensure food safety and public health.This paper discusses the application of molecular biology technology,immunology technology,metabolism technology,biosensor technology and flow cytometry in food detection to meet people’s pursuit of quality of life.
