摘要
随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,消费者对食品的需求也发生了变化。消费者更加注重食品的健康、营养、安全,这就要求食品安全监管必须进行大数据转型和创新,以满足消费者对于食品安全检测的需求。大数据技术作为先进的科技手段,可实现对食品生产、加工、运输及销售等环节的信息记录和共享,保证信息不可篡改和可追溯性。因此,本文分析了大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用,旨在为食品安全监管提供新思路。
With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,consumers’demand for food has also changed.Consumers pay more attention to the health,nutrition and safety of food,which requires food safety supervision to carry out big data transformation and innovation to meet consumers’demand for food safety testing.As an advanced scientific and technological means,big data technology can realize the information recording and sharing of food production,processing,transportation and sales,and ensure that information can not be tampered with and traceable.Therefore,this paper analyzes the application of big data technology in food safety supervision,aiming to provide new ideas for food safety supervision.
