摘要
田径运动包括田赛、径赛和全能比赛等多个项目,涵盖竞走、跑、跳跃、投掷等多项运动。不同的运动项目对运动员的身体需求各有差异,而在不同的训练阶段和训练时期,运动员的身体营养需求也会有所变化。因此,本文通过探究青少年田径运动员的营养需求,分析青少年田径运动员在不同运动项目和不同阶段的营养特点,提出了相应的合理膳食营养补充建议,以期从膳食角度为青少年田径运动员的发展提供科学的参考依据。
Track and field sports include field events,track events and all-around competitions,covering walking,running,jumping,throwing and other sports.Different sports have different demands on the athlete’s body,and in different training stages and training periods,the athlete’s nutritional needs will also change.Therefore,by exploring the nutritional needs of adolescent track and field athletes,this paper analyzes the nutritional characteristics of adolescent track and field athletes in different sports events and different stages,and puts forward corresponding reasonable dietary nutrition supplement suggestions,in order to provide scientific reference for the development of adolescent track and field athletes from the perspective of diet.
