稳定同位素技术因其先进性,正逐渐成为食品领域备受关注的研究方法。本文全面综述了稳定同位素技术在食品检验中的重要性及其应用,详细介绍了稳定同位素技术的原理及重要性,通过具体实例深入探讨了稳定同位素技术在食品领域的多方面应用,包括食品溯源、农兽药残留的检测以及营养成分代谢分析,并对稳定同位素技术在未来的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为其在食品分析领域有更广泛、深入的应用提供助力。
Due to its progressiveness nature,stable isotope technology is gradually becoming a research method of great concern in the food field.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the importance and widespread application of stable isotope technology in food inspection.The principle and research progress of stable isotope technology were introduced in detail,the various applications of stable isotope technology in the food industry were explored in depth through specific examples,including food traceability,detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues,and analysis of nutrient metabolism.And the future development trends of stable isotope technology were discussed,in order to provide assistance for its wider and deeper applications in the field of food analysis.
