随着我国食品工业的快速发展,各类食品安全问题也日益凸显,人们对食品安全的关注度不断提高。食品安全检测技术的应用直接关系到检测结果的准确性和检测工作的有效性,是确保食品安全的重要手段。本文以当前食品安全检测技术应用为切入点,分析了常用食品质量安全检测技术及应用,探究了检测人员素质参差、设备维护费用高等问题,并从提升人员素质、优化设备使用等方面提出了对策建议,为完善食品安全检测技术的应用提供参考,以更好地保障人们的生命健康。

With the rapid development of China’s food industry,various food safety issues have become increasingly prominent,and the public’s attention to food safety is constantly increasing.The application of food safety detection technology is directly related to the accuracy of detection results and the effectiveness of detection work,and is an important means to ensure food safety.This article takes the current application of food safety testing technology as the starting point,analyzes commonly used food quality and safety testing technologies and their applications,analyzes the problems of uneven quality of testing personnel and high equipment maintenance costs,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from improving personnel quality and optimizing equipment use,aiming to provide reference for improving the application of food safety testing technology and better safeguarding public health.
