摘要
陇东页岩油华H100平台部署31口水平井,是目前亚洲陆上最大页岩油长水平井平台。由于储层具有非均质性强、压力系数低等特点,平台整体提产难度大。在储层改造设计方面,通过对平台单井特征及储层分析认识,结合理论研究和现场实践,利用压裂地质一体化平台整体设计方法,开展小井距密切割、穿层压裂等针对性方案优化。在工艺实践方面,采用连续油管细分切割主体压裂工艺,配套应用前置CO 2增能、暂堵转向压裂、井间/段间压力监测等辅助工艺技术,重点解决储层动用程度低、地层能量低、管外窜、井间窜等难题,创新形成了一套页岩油水平井大井组大规模开发的储层改造关键工艺技术。该平台现场应用效果良好,对同类型的页岩油储层压裂改造具有重要的借鉴意义。
One horizontal well has been deployed on Longdong Shale Oil Hua H100 Platform,which is the largest shale oil long horizontal well platform on land in Asia.Due to the characteristics of strong reservoir heterogeneity and low pressure coefficient,making it difficult to improve the production of the platform.In the aspect of reservoir reconstruction design,by analyzing the specific characteristics of single well and reservoir on the platform,combining with previous theoretical research and field practice,and using the integrated design method of fracturing geology,targeted optimization plans such as subdivision cutting fracturing and interlayer fracturing are carried out.In the aspect of technology practice,the main fracturing technology of continuous tubing subdivision cutting is adopted,accompanied by auxiliary process technologies such as pre-carbon dioxide energy enhancement,temporary plugging turning fracturing,and inter well/inter section pressure monitoring.The focus is on solving the problems of low reservoir utilization,low formation energy,out of pipe channeling,and inter well channeling.An innovative set of key reservoir stimulation technology for large-scale development of shale oil horizontal well groups has been formed,and the field application effect is well,it has important reference significance for the fracturing and stimulation of shale oil reservoirs of the same type.
