摘要
传统桥塞作业采用火药爆炸坐封,存在火工品审批周期长和对专业作业队伍依赖大等问题,井下试井用的压力计悬挂器主要采用钢丝上提震击器的冲击力对其坐挂,对于超深井钢丝长冲击力难以施加。针对上述难题,研制了电动液压坐封工具,可对桥塞/悬挂器施加拉力,进行直接坐封,避免了以上难题。工具主要由电池仓、井下控制系统、电动液压驱动系统及执行机构组成,其中坐封驱动系统采用“电机+柱塞油泵+活塞”模式,可满足不同输出力的定制化需求;工具启停采用“定时执行”或“压力波指令执行”。坐封工具与桥塞/悬挂器连接后,利用钢丝下入到井筒指定位置,在接收到坐封指令后自动完成坐封。目前开发了外径99、88.9、54 mm三个系列的电动液压坐封工具,可应用于不同尺寸的桥塞、悬挂器等井下坐封作业。外径54 mm工具在MX-H212等井开展了现场试验,试验表明,工具能够对悬挂器进行可靠坐挂,平均吨位1.6 t,坐封效果良好,满足现场应用要求。
The gunpowder is used to explode the setting during traditional bridge plug operation,which has problems such as long approval period of initiating explosive devices,heavy dependence on professional operation teams.The hanger is set and hung mainly by the impact force of the wire instantaneous lifting jar during the wireline well test operation,which is difficult to apply the long impact force of the wire in ultra-deep wells.Ian electro-hydraulic setting tool was developed,which can apply tension to the bridge plug/hanger and carry out direct setting to avoid the above problems.The tool is mainly composed of battery bin,downhole control system,electro-hydraulic drive system and actuator,in which the setting drive system adopts the mode of"motor+plunger oil pump+piston",which can meet the customized needs of different output forces;The tool starts and stops by"timed execution"or"pressure wave command execution".After the setting tool is connected with the bridge plug/hanger,the steel wire is used to enter the designated position of the wellbore,and the setting is automatically completed after receiving the setting instruction.At present,three series of electro-hydraulic setting tools with an outer diameter of 99 mm,88.9 mm and 54 mm have been developed,,which can be used for downhole setting operations such as bridge plugs and hangers of different sizes.The field test of the tool with an outer diameter of 54 mm has been carried out in MX-H212 and other wells.The test shows that the tool could reliably sit and hang the hanger with an average tonnage of 1.61 and a good setting effect,which met the requirements of field applications.
