我国退役运动员转型学校教练员思考

摘要 运用逻辑分析、文献资料等方法,探析我国退役运动员转型学校教练员的现状、困境,并提出转型策略。现状:积极探索,先行先试;由有转优,逐步深化的阶段。困境:主体保障机制乏力,教学能力有待提升,自我转型能力薄弱,岗位管理亟待优化,评价考核体制脱嵌。策略:聚焦“多级联动”,增强主体保障能力;聚焦“职业培训”,提升教学实践能力;聚焦“入职优化”,提升自我转型能力;聚焦“科学管理”,保障人才合理流动;聚焦“考评互通”,助力岗位体制并轨。 By using the methods of logical analysis and literature review,this paper analyzed the current situation and dilemma of retired athletes transforming into school coaches in China,and put forward the transformation strategies.Current situation:It actively explores and tries first.It stars from the having to excellence,gradually deepening.Dilemma:The main body guarantee mechanism is weak,the teaching ability needs to be improved,the self-transformation ability is weak,the post management needs to be optimized,and the evaluation and assessment system is unembedded.Strategy:We should focus on"multi-level linkage"to strengthen the main guarantee capacity,focus on"vocational training"to improve teaching practice ability,focus on"on-boarding optimization"to improve self transformation ability,focus on"scientifi c management"to ensure the rational fl ow of talents,and focus on"evaluation and interoperability"to help the post system merge.
