水产品中抗癌肽的研究进展

摘要 癌症是对人类生命的重大威胁,为寻找更有效地治疗癌症的药物,抗癌类活性物质的研发一直是生命科学领域的研究热点。水产品因为其特殊的生长环境,不仅含有丰富的营养物质,而且还存在抗癌肽类活性物质。为促进更多抗癌肽类活性物质在水产品中被发现,文章从水产品中抗癌肽的制备方法(化学水解、酶解、物理因子辅助水解、微生物酶解等)、抗癌肽的作用机制、抗癌肽的活性评价,以及水产品中抗癌肽的未来发展趋势4个方面,总结分析了近年来国内外学者对水产品中抗癌肽的研究进展。 Cancer is a major threat to human life.In order to find more effective drugs for the treatment of cancers,the development of anticancer active substances have been a research hotspot in the field of life science.Because of its special growth environment,aquatic products not only have rich nutrients,but also contain active substances liking anticancer peptides.In order to promote more active substances liking anticancer peptides were found in aquatic products,this paper reviewed the recent investigations on anticancer peptides in aquatic products from four aspects:preparation methods of anticancer peptides in aquatic products(chemical hydrolysis,enzymatic hydrolysis,physical factor assisted hydrolysis,microbial enzymatic hydrolysis,etc.),function mechanism of anticancer peptides,activity evaluation of anticancer peptides,and future development trends of anticancer peptides in aquatic products.
