The Latest Development of Veterinary Drug Residues Detection Technology

摘要 兽药广泛应用于畜禽和水产养殖,发挥着预防和治疗动物疾病、促生长和提高饲料转化率的重要作用。同时,动物性食品中的兽药残留给人类的生命健康造成直接或潜在威胁。对动物性食品中的兽药残留进行准确检测,确保动物性食品安全成为一项重要任务。文章介绍了兽药残留检测的常用样品前处理方法和仪器方法。样品前处理方法主要包括固相萃取、Qu ECh ERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged and Safe)等;兽药残留的仪器方法主要包括高效液相色谱法、液相色谱串联质谱法、液相色谱-高分辨质谱法和气相色谱质谱联用法等。由于多数兽药残留的热不稳定性和不易挥发性,液相色谱法和液相色谱串联质谱法成为目前主流检测方法。文章还展望了动物性食品中兽药残留检测技术的发展趋势。 Veterinary drugs are widely used in livestock,poultry and aquaculture,and play an important role in preventing and treating animal diseases,promoting growth and improving feed conversion rate.At the same time,veterinary drug residues in animal foods poses a direct or potential threat to human life and health.It is an important task to accurately detect veterinary drug residues in animal foods and ensure the safety of animal foods.This paper introduces the common sample pretreatment methods and instruments methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues.Sample pretreatment methods mainly include solid phase extraction,magnetic solid phase extraction,matrix dispersion solid phase extraction,QuEChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged and Safe),etc;Instruments methods for veterinary drug residues mainly include high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry and gas chromatographymass spectrometry.Due to the thermal instability and non-volatile nature of most veterinary drug residues,liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry have become the mainstream detection methods.This paper also looks forward to the development trends of detection technologies of veterinary drug residues in animal foods.
