摘要
在先进装备制造业中广泛应用的激光扫描投影技术在扫描投影复杂图形时易出现图形转角偏差,严重影响投影图形形状准确度,影响实际零部件定位装配。为解决此问题,分析了转角轮廓偏差产生的原因,研究了基于转角点处路径补偿的激光扫描投影图形偏差校正方法,在自主搭建的激光扫描投影系统中应用所研究方法进行验证实验。实验结果表明,优化后的插补路径数据信息点可以压缩至51.92%,补偿后的投影图形形状准确度优于0.5 mm。所研究方法能够优化非预期的转角点处的图形偏差,在自主研发的激光扫描投影系统中,可显著提高投影图形的形状精度,具有良好的实际应用价值。
In order to solve the problem that the laser scanning projection technology,which is widely used in advanced equipment manufacturing industry,is prone to the Angle deviation of the complex graphics when scanning and projecting,which seriously affects the shape accuracy of the projection graphics and the positioning and assembly of the actual parts.To analyze the causes of the deviation Angle profile,based on corner points are studied path compensation of laser scanning projection graphics deviation correction method,research method is used in the system of independent of laser scanning projection verification experiments,the experimental results show that the optimized interpolated path data information points can be compressed to 51.92%.The proposed method can optimize the unexpected Angle deviation and significantly improve the shape accuracy of the projection graph of the self-developed laser scanning projection system,which has good practical application value.
