速度350 km/h高速铁路接触网设备服役性能试验研究

摘要 对某350 km/h速度等级高速铁路接触网几何参数动态性能、运营动车组受电弓静态压力和弓网燃弧性能进行长期跟踪测试,对比不同运营速度下弓网燃弧次数、弓网动态接触力,接触网动态抬升量、接触网零部件承受的载荷和滑板磨耗变化规律,对接触线磨耗进行分析,预测了接触线寿命,最后对接触网零部件进行试验台试验,检验了零部件使用寿命。通过以上试验和研究,比较充分地掌握了动车组350 km/h运营速度下接触网设备服役性能,为接触网设备养护维修提供了数据支撑。 A long-term tracking test is carried out on the geometric parameters dynamic performance of catenary,the static pressure of pantograph and arcing performance of pantograph and catenary of a 350 km/h high-speed railway.The arcing times and the dynamic contact force of pantograph and catenary,the dynamic uplift of catenary,the load borne by catenary components and the change law of sliding plate wear are compared at different operating speeds,the contact line wear is analyzed,and the contact line life is predicted.Finally,the service life of catenary components is approved by bench test.Through above tests and research,the service performance of OCS equipment at the operating speed of 350 km/h of EMU is fully mastered,which provides data support for the maintenance of OCS equipment.
