摘要
提出一种用于测试验证牵引、制动、网络集成控制的试验台方案,即在原有的列车控制架构基础上,将部分牵引、制动控制器的功能集成到整车控制系统中,以减少牵引、网络、制动子系统间的数据交互,缩短数据传输路径,降低数据传输延迟。本方案通过对整车电气原理图仿真、对列车受控子系统建模,并结合真实的子系统控制器,最终验证能否满足整车控制功能。
Traction,braking and network control system are three subsystems of urban rail transit.These subsystems not only have basic control functions but also a large number of coupling functions,such as sharing data,monitoring status and realizing system functions with each other.This paper proposes a scheme of test platform for urban rail train integrated control,which used to test and to verify the integrated control of traction,braking and network subsystem.Based on the original train control architecture,some functions of the traction and braking controllers are combined with the network control system to reduce the complexity and the difficulty of design,to improve the reliability of the whole vehicle control system,and to reduce the cost of the traction and braking controller.
