从《共产党宣言》的内容看,马克思几乎全部使用“共产主义者”(Kommunisten)来指称共产主义运动的主体,这与恩格斯早前将其命名为“共产主义宣言”(Kommunistisches Manifest)的建议具有一致性。而“共产党”(Kommunistische Partei)在正文中仅仅出现一次,却被确定在这一文本的正式名称中。文本名称与内容之间乖离、文本得名与恩格斯建议抵牾的双重矛盾表明,《共产党宣言》得名并非仅由马克思、恩格斯所决定。事实上,《共产党宣言》(Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei)名称是共产主义者同盟二大集体讨论所确定的结果。同盟选用“共产主义”(Kommunistische)充分考虑了同盟的理论发展水平和现实需要,选用“宣言”(Manifest)则既有莫尔(Moll)的承诺因素,也有文体和修辞方面的考量。概念史研究表明,19世纪中叶“党”(Partei)指一种聚集的趋势和因此中聚集所形成的群体的统称,不具有现代语境中“政党”含义。同盟所使用的“die Kommunistische Partei”概念,与20世纪语境中具有严密组织、严格纪律、明确目标的先锋队式的“共产党”完全不同,其用意也不是展现作为无产阶级政党的“共产党”历史任务,而是在考虑了“Partei”这一概念在19世纪上半叶所具有的“清楚分辨”和“积极指向”语言特征的基础上,为了彰显“共产主义者”群体的主体性特征,并在二月革命前保证同盟秘密性的现实需求所确定的。

The naming of the“Manifest Die Kommunistische Partei”was not determined by Marx himself.It is the result of collective discussions of the Communist League members.The selection of“Kommunistische”not only fully reflects the theoretical development level of Marx and Engels,but also fully considers the practical needs of the Bund for theory.The selection of“manifest”was due to Moll's commitment to stylistic and rhetorical considera-tions.The reason why the League chose the concept of“die Kommunistische partei”has nothing to do with the Len-inist“Communist Party”in the 20th century,and its intention was not to show the historical mission of the“Com-munist Party”as a proletarian party.It is based on the consideration of the linguistic features of the concept of“partei”in the first half of the 19th century to highlight the subjective characteristics of the“communist”circle and to keep the Bund secret before the February Revolution.
