摘要
针对国内传统螺旋挤压固液分离设备处理发酵后沼液时,存在筛网易堵塞、滤液含固率高、出料效率低等问题,改进设计了一种新型固液分离设备。该文首先阐述了设备的总体结构和工作原理,其次对挤压脱水系统中的挤压螺旋杆叶片、螺旋轴直径以及筛网结构改进优化,最后对设备样机进行了实地性能试验。结果表明,改进后的螺旋挤压设备能大幅度提高沼液的分离效率,挤出的沼渣含水率最低为59%,滤液含固率最低达到3%,与传统螺旋挤压机相比,具有分离效率高、使用稳定、堵塞率低等优势,满足设备日常运维及沼液资源化利用要求。
In view of the problems of screen blockage,high solid content of filtrate and low discharge efficiency when the traditional spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation equipment in China treats the fermented biogas slurry,a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment was improved.In this paper,the overall structure and working principle of the equip-ment are first expounded,then the extrude screw blades,spiral shaft diameter and screen structure in the extrusion and dehydration system are improved and optimized,and finally the field performance test of the equipment prototype is car-ried out.The results show that the improved spiral extrusion equipment can greatly improve the separation efficiency of biogas slurry,the lowest moisture content of extruded biogas residue is 59%,and the lowest solid content of filtrate is 3%,compared with the traditional spiral extruder,it has the advantages of high separation efficiency,stable use and low blockage rate,and meets the requirements of daily operation and maintenance of equipment and resource utilization of biogas slurry.
