摘要 复杂曲面的制造对于现代制造业至关重要,要实现高精度和高效率的加工,需要精确的路径规划。Siemens NX用于数控机床程序生成,支持铣削、车削、电火花放电加工等,使制造过程更加高效和精确。该文基于数控机床加工和曲面加工的基本概念,详细讨论了NX软件在加工路径规划中的应用,通过分析复杂曲面的几何特性和工艺要求,提出了一种基于曲面分析的路径生成算法,该算法能够有效地生成适用于复杂曲面的高效加工路径。实验结果表明,该方法能够显著提高加工效率,减少加工时间,并保持高精度,满足不同工业领域中复杂曲面零件加工的需求。 The manufacturing of complex surfaces is crucial for modern manufacturing,and accurate path planning is re-quired to achieve high precision and high efficiency machining.Siemens NX is used for CNC machine program genera-tion,supporting milling,turning,EDM,etc.,which makes the manufacturing process more efficient and precise.Based on the basic concepts of CNC machine tool machining and surface machining,this paper discusses in detail the application of NX software in machining path planning.By analyzing the geometrical characteristics and process require-ments of complex surfaces,this study proposes a path generation algorithm based on surface analysis,which is capable of effectively generating highly efficient machining paths applicable to complex surfaces.The experimental results show that this method can significantly improve the machining efficiency,reduce the machining time,and maintain high accuracy to meet the needs of complex surface parts machining in different industrial fields.
