以典型技术为主线的中高职贯通式课程体系建设

摘要 以新能源汽车技术专业为例,中高职贯通式课程教学体系目前存在课程内容继承性不强、结构与人才培养目标不匹配、实践教学不充分、师资队伍建设不足,以及评价体系不完善等问题。基于上述不足,该文提出了相应的解决思路,并以典型技术为主线创新路径研究,对实践应用成果进行分析,得到更合理、更连贯的中高职贯通式课程体系,培养高素质、高技能人才。对提升现代职业教育体系建设和职业教育人才培养质量具有重要意义。 Taking the new energy vehicle technology major as an example,the teaching system of middle and higher vocational courses currently has problems such as weak inheritance of course content,mismatch between structure and talent training goals,insufficient practical teaching,insufficient construction of teaching staff,and imperfect evaluation system.Based on the above shortcomings,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,and analyzes the practical application results with typical technologies as the main line of innovation path research,so as to obtain a more reasonable and coherent curriculum system for middle and higher vocational education,and cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents.It is of great significance to improve the construction of modern vocational education system and the quality of vocational education talent training.
