糖化血红蛋白与糖尿病视网膜病变视网膜神经退行性改变相关性研究现状

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy, DR)作为一种神经血管疾病,可对患者造成严重视功能损害。众所周知,在疾病的早期阶段,就有一系列影响神经元、神经胶质细胞和血管功能的改变。糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin, HbAlc)是监测体内血糖情况的重要指标之一,反映人体1-2个月平均血糖水平。分析糖化血红蛋白与糖尿病视网膜病变神经退行性改变之间的关系,对糖尿病视网膜病变的诊断及病情评估具有重要的应用价值。 Diabetic retinopathy,as a kind of neurovascular disease,can cause severe visual impairment.As we all know,in the early stage of the disease,there are a series of changes that affect the function of neurons,glial cells and blood vessels.Glycosylated hemoglobin is an important index for monitoring blood glucose in the body,which reflects the average blood glucose level in 1-2 months.Many experimental studies have found that glycosylated hemoglobin is associated with neurodegenerative changes in diabetic retinopathy,which has important application value in the diagnosis and assessment of diabetic retinopathy.
