摘要
以“电工技术基础”课程为例,探讨了基于能力本位的电力职业教育教材开发路径。对基于能力本位的电力职业教育教材开发理念进行阐述,构建了基于能力本位的教材开发框图,根据学生认知能力培养方法,重点分析了电力企业能力清单的确定方法,通过具体案例,详细探讨了电力职业教育教材的内容及结构设计细节,提出电力职业教育教材内容开发的优化建议,教学效果表明基于能力本位的电力职业教材对提升职业教育人才质量具有重要意义。
Taking the Fundamentals of Electrical Technology course as an example,the development path of power vocational edu-cation textbooks based on a competency-based approach is explored.The concept of competency-based textbook development in power vocational education is elucidated and a competency-based textbook development diagram is constructed.In accordance with methods for cultivating students'cognitive abilities,the determination of the competency list for the power industry is signifi-cantly analyzed.Through specific cases,the contents and structural design details of power vocational education textbooks are thor-oughly discussed accompanied with optimization suggestions for the content development of power vocational education textbooks.The teaching results indicate that competency-based power vocational education textbooks are crucial for enhancing the quality of vocational education talents.
