摘要
文章依据GB 21550—2008《聚氯乙烯人造革有害物质限量》,用原子吸收光谱法对聚氯乙烯人造革中可溶性镉含量进行检测,并对检测过程中不确定度来源进行了分析评估,得到不确定度主要来源于标准物质和标准曲线线性回归。因此,在检测过程中应该规范操作,提高检测结果的准确性。
According to GB 21550—2008 Restriction of hazardous materials in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather,the content of dissoluble Cadmium in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather was determined by absorption spectrometry,and the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process was analyzed.The results showed that the uncertainty mainly derived from the standard material and the standard curve.Accordingly,normative operation should effectively improve the accuracy of measuring result.
