环境法律视角下的生态文明建设探究

On the construction of ecological civilization from the perspective of environmental law

新时期,我国倡导大力发展生态文明建设,对资源可持续发展具有重要意义,完成“五位一体”总体布局。从当今发展趋势看,环境法律的完善推动着社会发展,但在生态文明建设方面仍存在公众环境法治意识淡薄、生态文明建设在法律系统内地位较低等问题,使可持续发展陷入困境。因此,在生态文明建设的过程中,应健全环境法律,保障环境监管。本文首先阐述生态文明建设的重要性,并提出环境法律视角下生态文明建设中存在的问题,对此提出相应优化策略,为加快我国生态文明建设进程提供参考。

In the new era,China advocates the vigorous development of ecological civilization construction,which is of great significance for sustainable development and the completion of the overall layout of the"Five-in-One."From the perspective of current development trends,the improvement of environmental laws promotes social development.However,there are still problems in public environmental legal awareness and the low status of ecological civilization construction in the legal system,leading to difficulties in sustainable development.Therefore,in the process of ecological civilization construction,it is necessary to establish a complete environmental legal system to guarantee environmental supervision.This paper first elaborates on the importance of ecological civilization construction and identifies problems in the legal system related to ecological civilization construction.It then proposes corresponding optimization strategies,providing reference for accelerating ecological civilization construction in China.
