大数据环境下高校思想政治教育工作面临的机遇、挑战与对策

大数据技术提高了高校思政教育工作的针对性和实效性、优化教学资源配置,促进其创新和发展,但也给高校思政工作的数据技术管理、教师业务能力和学生思想认识水平都提出了新的要求与挑战。高校思想政治工作要从构建安全、高质量的大数据平台,将数据素养教育与传播学基础纳入思政教育体系,加强教育宣传和引导、营造良好的思想政治教育环境三方面入手,以期在大数据背景下为高校思政工作寻找改革优化路径。

Big data technology has improved the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities,optimized the allocation of teaching resources,and promoted its innovation and development.In the meantime,it has also put forward new requirements and challenges for the data technology management,teachers professional ability,and students ideological understanding level of ideological and political work in universities.The ideological and political work in universities should start from three aspects:building a safe and high-quality big data platform,incorporating data literacy education and communication foundation into the ideological and political education system,strengthening education promotion and guidance,and creating a good ideological and political education environment,in order to find reform and optimization paths for ideological and political work in universities under the background of big data.
