摘要
随着城镇化的加快,工业和生活用水需求日益加大,提升原有水库泵站供水能力是解决这一困境的重要手段之一。以丁东平原水库为研究对象,以不影响向城区供水为前提,要求原进水池在不放空水的条件下,对其侧墙开孔接管。通过对现有作业环境和结构物的研究,采用了“簸箕”型封堵闸门+千斤顶的组合结构。其最大特点是利用进水池拉梁,在封堵钢闸门迎水面加装千斤顶这一创新性设计,使橡胶止水弹性变形受力由被动变为主动,更加有效地防止漏水、渗水问题,对下一工序侧墙开孔创造了干地条件。侧墙开孔采用了对原有结构破坏较小的金钢石绳锯静力切割技术。
With the acceleration of urbanization,the demand for industrial and domestic water is increasing,and improving the water supply capacity of the original reservoir pumping station is one of the important means to solve this dilemma.Taking the Dingdong Plain Reservoir as the research object,this paper requires the original inlet tank to take over the side wall opening under the condition that it does not empty the water on the premise of not affecting the water supply to the urban area.Through the study of the existing working environment and structure,the combination structure of"dustpan"type blocking gate and jack is adopted.Its biggest feature is the use of the inlet pool pull beam,in the sealing steel gate water surface of the innovative design of the jack,so that the rubber water-stop elastic deformation force from passive to active,more effective to prevent water leakage,water seepage problems,the next process side wall opening to create dry ground conditions.The side wall openings use the static cutting technology of gold wire saw,which has less damage to the original structure.
