摘要
城市地下综合管廊隧道采用盾构法施工时,常通过综合井进行盾构始发、掘进及接收施工,而城市繁华区的盾构始发及接收综合井,由于征地、占地困难,综合井设计长度较短,导致盾构机在始发时无法进行整体始发。以深圳地铁14号线共建管廊工程盾构施工为例,介绍了盾构在狭小综合井的分体始发施工方法,并结合盾构机实际尺寸和始发综合井设计尺寸,通过盾构机分体吊装顺序、初始掘进等工艺控制实现盾构施工分体始发。分体始发技术确保了盾构机在小尺寸综合井安全、高效地始发,可为城市地下综合管廊盾构施工提供参考。
During the shield construction of urban underground integrated pipe galleries,shield launching,tunneling and arrival are usually performed through integrated wells.However,the design length of integrated wells for shield launching and arrival in downtown is short due to difficulties in land acquisition and occupation,affecting the launching and arrival of the entire shield tunneling machine.Taking the shield construction of the pipe gallery project of Shenzhen Metro Line 14 as an example,a method is introduced for separate shield launching of narrow integrated wells.In conjunction with the actual dimensions of shield tunneling machines and design dimensions of integrated wells for shield launching,separate shield launching can be performed by controlling the separate lifting sequence of the shield tunneling machine,initial tunneling and other processes.The separate launching technology can ensure the safe and efficient launching of shield tunneling machines in small-sized integrated wells,which provides a reference for shield construction of urban integrated pipe galleries.
