摘要
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展,处于运维阶段的建筑物数量显著增长,运维阶段结构安全事故频发,严重威胁着人们的生命及财产安全。本研究共收集了2 339例典型建筑结构运维安全事件案例,并应用数理统计的方法对收集到的安全事故案例进行统计分析,发掘事故中隐藏的规律,而且开发了一套典型建筑结构运维安全事件案例库系统,以利于数据统计与分析。
With the rapid development of construction industry in China,the number of buildings in the operation and maintenance stage has increased significantly,and structural safety incidents have occurred frequently in the operation and maintenance stage,posing a serious threat to the life and property safety of people.In this study,2339 typical operation and maintenance safety incident cases of architectural structures were collected and subjected to statistical analysis by means of mathematical statistics to discover the hidden rules of incidents.In addition,one typical operation and maintenance safety incident case base system was developed for architectural structures to facilitate data statistics and analysis.
