摘要
目前我国住宅地下车库耐磨地坪主要存在开裂、空鼓、麻面、平整度较差等质量缺陷,工程后期修补困难,严重影响观感质量与验收交付。为解决金刚砂地坪开裂、空鼓、平整度较差等问题,以上海某住宅项目地下车库为例,通过优化技术措施、调整施工工艺流程,取得了较好的实施效果,可为同类项目提供参考。
At present,major quality defects of wear-resistant floors of underground garages of residential projects include cracking,hollowing,pitting,poor flatness and the like,leading to difficulties in subsequent repair and greatly affecting the appearance,acceptance and handover.In order to solve the problems of emery floors,such as cracking,hollowing and poor flatness,technical measures were optimized and the construction process was adjusted,with the underground garage of a residential project in Shanghai as an example.The excellent effects provide a reference for similar projects.
