The rapid development of China’s economy has led to good development in the construction industry,while also promoting its further development.As an important component of construction engineering,construction project management plays a very important role in the sustainable development of the construction industry.However,based on the current situation of construction project management in China,there are certain shortcomings.This paper will study and analyze the current situation and innovative measures of construction management in housing construction projects.It is hoped that the analysis in this article can effectively improve the level of construction management in housing construction projects in China,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry in China.
